The Bonneville Bobber is Triumph’s fastest-selling production model of all time, making it an unprecedented success for the small UK based motorcycle manufacturer. The company just managed to make the deal even sweeter for its loyal fans by launching the all-new 2018 Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black, which is now showing up on the top 10 chart for the latest bestselling bikes in the UK.
The new version answers the fans long awaited question of ‘what’s next for the Bobber’ and the new Black coloured single-seater version is turning out to be far more than just a pretty paint job for the two-wheeler.
Apart from the striking new dark colour, the latest model comes with an elegantly simplistic cruise control function. However, the most significant changes of this bike are in front of its headstock. The new Bonneville Bobber Black offers a redesigned twin-disc brake system in the front as well as a sleek 16-inch front wheel with 47mm cartridge forks. It also comes with new Brembo callipers and a remodelled all-around LED lighting system to make it stand out in front of the crowd.
Under the hood, the Bobber Black will rock a 1200cc liquid-cooled 8v parallel-twin engine that’ll output 76bhp of power @ 6100rpm and 105.8 Nm of torque @ 4000rpm.
